Resources on nutrition, human development, and psychology can come together to provide you and your students with an understanding of what is happening in life and you and they continue to mature and age. Though the focus is on young people, there is a wealth of helpful information that can be applied to everyone at any age. Each of the topics has its unique focus, but as you combine the information you will be able to analyze it and form conclusions about how they interact. This can be useful in helping young people, especially adolescents, as the move through the raging hormone stage of life. You will find a variety of other resources like blogs, video streaming, audio, RSS, bookmarking techniques that can be used in a “learning community” with whatever type of group you may want to form.
