Teaching Golf: From 40 Yards In

Description

After the fundamentals and practice of golf are somewhat established, aspiring students of golf find that the short game will often make or break a satisfying score. This course delves more into the mental game as well as recognizing and curing common errors in pitching, putting, chipping, sand and analyzing equipment. Then, of course, a required two full rounds of golf and practice puts theory into play.

Course Type

These are non-classroom based, self-directed, independent study courses. You will use texts, DVDs, CDs, audio/video tapes, or other materials and you will return your assignments by mail. The cost of the materials is included in the tuition and the materials are yours to keep at the conclusion of the course. You may earn between one and four semester hours of credit for each Traditional Course depending on the course you choose.
