Most appropriate for grades 4 through 12, this course will introduce teachers of all subjects to strategies for teaching and improving reading and writing skills in their own content areas and across the curriculum. It will investigate teaching vocabulary skills, spelling and word identification, assessing competencies and weaknesses, writing, study and associated skills.
