Designed to acquaint teachers with the rich and fascinating history of Montana, as well as some of its prehistoric and present wonders, this course includes facts about the Lewis and Clark expedition, the rise of the cattle industry, the discovery of copper, Coxie's Army and the Mountain Man. Also included is a video demonstrating the multifaceted panorama of this state.

*CREDIT: Semester hours of non-degree Professional Development Credit is offered through LMU. Students meeting course syllabus requirements earn a grade on their transcript of CR (credit). Students not meeting requirements earn a grade of NC (no credit). Professional Development Credit is not applicable toward any undergraduate or graduate degree at Loyola Marymount University.
