This course takes a charming look at the history of San Jose, a history which includes the colorful bandit Tiburcio Vasquez; the Spanish heritage, and the rich agricultural past. Students will visit several historical sites, study the Old Santa Clara Valley, and take a walking tour of parts of this rich historical town.
