A richly historic city with fascinating ties to the Gold Rush and early development of Northern California. Visit a variety of museums featuring works of art, early California farm implements and mining artifacts, and take an informative walk through all of California's floral zones and to Downtown's oldest buildings. A motor trip on the Delta includes a visit to old Chinese communities with intriguing legacies, such as the town of Locke.

*CREDIT: Semester hours of non-degree Professional Development Credit is offered through LMU. Students meeting course syllabus requirements earn a grade on their transcript of CR (credit). Students not meeting requirements earn a grade of NC (no credit). Professional Development Credit is not applicable toward any undergraduate or graduate degree at Loyola Marymount University.
